Our Vision, Mission and Values

Our Vision

To create a workplace that is incident and injury free with skilled medical professionals providing a quality service.

  • This is not just for the public attending event, but also our staff who work for us, the staff or the event or venue and any contractors involved (stage crews, caterers, etc).

  • We will aim to identify key health issues and to work with those best placed to bring about a reduction in the incidence rate and number of cases of work-related ill health. The Company will encourage all persons to challenge and investigate incidents and instances of ill health, and to identify and implement suitable steps to prevent a future re-occurrence.

Our Mission

  • Make safe our venues where possible, managing any risks that cannot be eliminated or reduced further, and to develop a positive safety culture.

  • Where necessary, we will communicate effectively with other service providers to ensure a seamless running of health and safety procedures.

  • We will actively seek to develop close working relationships with organisations such as the Police, local Ambulance Services and relevant Fire Brigade – as well as all other organisations that we work alongside.

  • We will ensure that our policies and procedures are readily accessible to all individuals and groups attending events at which we work, and that no patient is discriminated against due to race, gender, religion, disability or sexual preference.

  • We will monitor our activities to ensure we are providing the best possible service, and develop new guidelines and protocols where necessary.

  • We will respond positively to any complaints or criticisms or our service, and use these to improve the future service we provide.
