1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work

The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace. The leading qualification for events cover, the Qualsafe First Response Emergency Care (Level 3 RQF) covers the full range of skills required by the HSE for first aid, and more! For those with further ambitions, it also forms the first step of a programme to become a Paramedic.


Over 5 days, you will fulfil the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level D, gaining the knowledge and practical skills needed to deal with a range of prehospital emergency care situations.


A perfect fit for those looking to work or volunteer as a first responder. Among the first to arrive at a scene, First Responders typically includes law enforcement officers, firefighters, and those providing medical cover at events, as well as those working in high risk environments including the military, power stations, agriculture and manufacturing

The QA Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised prehospital care qualification specifically designed for those looking to progress their career within the NHS or private ambulance services as an emergency care assistant, intermediate ambulance practitioner, event medical provider, associate practitioner or healthcare assistant. It is also ideal for those who are looking to work within specialist roles in the military, police and fire services.


As the next step for those who have completed the QA Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF), this qualification provides learners with a wider scope of practice in prehospital care emergencies, allowing for greater employment opportunities.


Fulfilling the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level E, this fantastic qualification providers learners with the knowledge and skills needed to be able to respond to a wide range of prehospital care emergencies, such as: major incidents, fracture immobilisation, sick and injured children, mental health crisis and more.

2 Award in Fire Safety for Fire Marshals (RQF)

This qualification develops the learner’s knowledge of fire safety in the workplace including the use of a range of fire controls and safe evacuation procedures.


The learner will understand the role of the Fire Marshal in supporting individuals and facilitating safe evacuations. The qualification supports a role in the workplace.

This Level 2 qualification is aimed at employees. With an increase in poor mental health it is important that individuals understand their own mental health and how common mental health concerns can be identified in themselves and others; with strategies to reduce the risk.


This qualification will give learners persona growth and engagement in learning. This qualification will support learners who work in an environment where they may be required to recognise, support and signpost those with mental health conditions.





This Level 3 qualification is aimed at employees in any industry or sector and is suitable for managers and team members alike. With an increase in poor mental health it is important that individuals understand their own mental health and how common mental health concerns can be identified in themselves and others.


Learners will develop knowledge of a range of mental health conditions, potential impacts on an individual in the workplace and where to refer them for help and support. Learners will hold a mental health conversation with the aim of providing support.


This qualification will support learners who work in an environment where they may be required to recognise, support and refer those with mental health conditions to medical or other specialist help and support
